Life Insurance Association (LIA).
The LIA has four
main objectives:
(a) to promote communication, participate,
and education within the life insurance industry;
(b)
to improve business standards by illuminating malpractices
and heightening the professionalism of all those involved
in selling life insurance
(c) to sponsor courses, seminars
and lectures to increase awareness of the range of activities
encompassed by the life insurance industry;
(d) to promote
mutual respect with Government and other bodies regarding
life insurance.
